Relationships between visitors from the United States, Canada, and England run deep with Jamaicans and their culture.

Waiters and waitresses

A welcoming and magnetic personality, and knowledge of the menu contents.

Front Desk and Concierge Services

Proficient in hospitality practices with a sense of obligation to represent the entire hotel and excellent service brand. Excellent English language, sharp thinking, and efficient with computers and booking services. The concierge services include providing traveling from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport terminal. Therefore, in providing this assistance the “Concierge Service” is abreast of moment-to-moment arrival times, check-out, and flight departure times to provide smooth and seamless to the guest.

Housekeepers

Bartenders

They are acquainted with the practices of hospitality, room preparation, and welcoming.
The room's division must inquire about everyone and family arriving and greeting to suit the personalities,
including complementary packages for birthdays and wedding anniversaries. Excellent bed turn-done with
an artful pleasant flair suitable for a pleasant and comfortable snooze.

Retail Stores and Warehouses:

Retail Wholesale Merchandise Replenishers:

The retail store sector workers are trained in hospitality practices and knowledgeable in merchandising, stock replenishing, and formulating and designing attractive display presentations.

Retail Store Electronics:

Experience in computer, video, and audio electronics technology.
Qualification: pursue a certificate course in computer science, TV, and radio technology.

Knowledgeable in inventory level control as establishing reorder levels
relying on consumption and delivery time.

High School graduates and various software applications experience.

Forklift Operator

The retail store sector workers are trained in hospitality practices and knowledgeable in merchandising, stock replenishing, and formulating and designing attractive display presentations.

Qualifications

hold a forklift operator’s license.

Experience

5 years of operating diverse types and models forklifts.
